AV Events Reservation and Media Processing Request Form

Please fill the following form as completely as possible, 2 weeks prior to the event. We will contact you with 24 business hours for follow-up and to confirm your event.
(Please note that the ED Tech Media Group does not have loaner equipment. Media Services does not set up audio re-inforcement for events (provide microphone and speaker sets) either. For this please contact the office of The Rice Student Center [x3777] in the Rice MemorialCenter).

PLEASE NOTE: publication of the media on the Rice webcast site requires that ALL speakers complete the Rice University Media Release form. Events will not be posted on the site until Media Services receives the signed forms. You can send them via campus mail to Carlos R. Solis MS 119. Thank you.
